Andie Gerhard, agent with the Blakeslee office has been working diligently to help get the sale of the Jonas Hotel finalized. The hotel will be converted to aid our homeless Veterans.  Last weekend, she and Donna Olson joined in the Valor Clinic Golf Tournament.  They had a blast and Andie won the longest drive for women.  Andie just started golfing in April - quite an accomplisment.  We are so proud of what she is doing to help our Veterans.  

I am so excited about June.   As I was driving  through White Haven yesterday, it was thrilling to see all of the cars toting bicycles and heading to the Lehigh Gorge for a fun day of riding.  It's about 25 miles from the town of White Haven to Jim Thorpe, but the first time I did it, it felt like 100!  The ride of about 10 miles to Rockport is easy and there is a little trail off to the right that takes you to a beautiful waterfall.  Then it's about 15 miles to Jim Thorpe.  It's a slight grade...

This is the week that quite Long Pond in the pristine Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania turns into the 2nd largest city in Pennsylvania, Pocono Raceway Pocono 400. With a huge base of loyal fans, Nascar races draw tens of thousand of people to our resort area.
