Seasoned agent, Betty Grlica, told me about a new listing she is getting in Arrowhead Lakes. The seller told her he picked her because of her biography.  He loves animals and when he read her bio, saw the commonality.  So he chose her to be his agent. If your bio just speaks to your production levels without a little bit about yourself, you may want to revise it.  How does you bio look?  Maybe it is time for a bio checkup?
