Sometimes my head spins and my eyes bug out!

Do you ever see me look dazed and confused?

I use google to search a lot.  Instead of wasting time trying to figure out a process - Google gives me suggestions. A big time saver and I can get the task done quicker.  And then some stuff is just common sense if you give it a little time to ponder your position.  

I wonder why my agents will call me and ask me how to ............?   Do they just want to hear my voice?  Am I a sounding board?  Or maybe I answer the phone faster than Tech Support?  Don't get me wrong, I enjoy speaking and helping my agents with suggestions and ideas on how to capture and close business, working with customers, putting out some fires, working on talking tracks, brainstorming on growing their business, but Tech Support?  Moving forward I am resolving myself to saying this before I even try to help them "What did Tech Support say?" Do you think that will work?  I'll give it a try. 

Here are some of the things I get hit with

" My phone died - cant access any of my contacts!"  The agent played with the iphone icloud app but she has Verizon as I sat on the phone with her.  I told her that she probably would not have the apple icloud - go to Google, ask how to access the Verizon cloud.  As we spoke I typed in the question on Google and there were her answers.

"I got a lead through our system but when I log into the CRM system the name does not show up." I suggested just typing in the person's name in the search box, and low and behold - there is a data entry with "no name provided" but scroll down and there is all the info. 

"I can't access the forms database?"  Is that what the "support" button on the program is for?    

My overall favorite "My Password is not working." Do I look like the password psychic? 

On one hand, they make me feel like a genus.  But.....  “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”
