Do you ever see me look dazed and confused?
I use google to search a lot. Instead of wasting time trying to figure out a process - Google gives me suggestions. A big time saver and I can get the task done quicker. And then some stuff is just common sense if you give it a little time to ponder your position.
I wonder why my agents will call me and ask me how to ............? Do they just want to hear my voice? Am I a sounding board? Or maybe I answer the phone faster than Tech Support...
